B.5 Vendor Cancellation Policy
a. Subscription Cancellation
After your free 3-month trial with Bezarr you will automatically be billed every month. You may cancel your subscription at any time. You are responsible for the full subscription fee in the monthly billing cycle in which you cancel. Once your account has been billed, all sales are final and there will be no refunds. Any orders made in the cancellation time period the vendor will be responsible to reimburse the customer, or fill the order received.
b. How to Cancel
You can cancel this subscription by sending an email to bezarr support at Bezarr@gmail.com, or you can access this option from your vendor dashboard. To cancel your subscription, form your vendor dashboard, please go to your settings and click on “delete account” link. On the following page you will
be prompted to confirm the cancellation. Be sure to continue processing your cancellation until you receive the final confirmation page, your subscription will not be cancelled until you have reached this page.
c. How Long the Process Will Take
After you submit your request to unsubscribe it will take up to 48 hours to process to successfully cancel your membership. A Bezarr representative will contact you within the 48 hours to complete the cancellation process. Any assistance needed.
