Our policies for returns & exchanges

Before making any purchases, we suggest you check the vendors shop page for any details regarding returns & exchanges. You can also contact them directly for additional information.
  • Vendors have their own returns & exchange policies
    When ordering from a seller that distributes and arranges the exchange of their own inventory (also considered as a Third-party sale), your dispute for the return, or exchange is dependent upon the vendors preference. Since there is no shipping on Bezarr, vendors will decide if and how the return/exchange will take place.

  • No shipping on Bezarr.com?
    Let's just get straight to the point, if a product contains T.H.C or C.B.D chemical compounds, for legal reasons it can't get shipped. We have completely removed the shipping options for vendors and customers. The only way a product can be shipped is via delivery services, meaning they come to you or you meet with them at an agreed destination (just a reminder, remember to have your I.D or Recreational License present when conducting a delivery transaction).

    You may see some shipping features on the website, but these features are not active. They are there for vendors to verify your home address.

  • Customers can report 'bad' products
    If a product has misleading or inaccurate information, you can report a product by selecting the '⚠ report product' button on that specific product page. Once you have submitted a valid claim, we will contact you within 48 hours after we have investigated the matter. Making the claim will not ensure the product to be refunded or exchanged for, the vendor is fully liable for all refunds and exchanges.

    Bezarr.com will not compensate for any refunds or exchange claims. Bezarr.com will enforce our false advertisement policy, and Illegal distribution policy, if a vendor fails to cooperate they will receive a strike.

  • We can only assist in returns and exchanges
    When a product is reported, we are alerted via email and will begin our investigation within a 48 hour period. If you feel the 48 hour time frame will take to long and you wish to have this resolved quicker, you can always contact the vendor directly via the vendors own contact form, located on there shop page.

    If nothing is resolved through communication between you and the vendor, we will intervene.Just e-mail us at disputes@bezarr.com. Make sure the subject line reads as 'DISPUTE FOR (enter invoice number)". If you need help finding your invoice number, you can find it in your dashboard under order history.

  • No resolution past 48 hours, what now?
    Don't worry, the last thing we want is for our customers to have a bad experience at Bezarr due to a transaction gone bad. If you haven't heard from us or the vendor after the 48 hour period, e-mail us back at disputes@bezarr.com with the title 'DISPUTE FOR (enter invoice number) PAST 48 HOURS'.

    One of our team members will contact you directly to resolve the matter quickly.

  • Vendors rights for falsely accused reported products
    As we mentioned before, we investigate reported products right away. We want to make sure customers give us a valid and accurate reasons why they reported a product. If we have come to the conclusion that the reason was either a mistake, out of spite, or for nonsense, we will resolve the matter with the customer.
